I. Project Background
A large brewery in the United States, known for its authentic flavor, has won the favor of consumers worldwide. This globally renowned company generates a significant amount of waste bottle caps during the beer manufacturing process. These caps accumulate in large volumes, making them inconvenient to recycle and causing severe pollution in the production environment.
II. Customer Needs
In response to the current environmental issues and from the perspective of resource utilization, the customer decided to undertake volume reduction treatment for the waste bottle caps. This would facilitate easier storage and reduce operational costs. Additionally, the shredded tinplate can be recycled for remanufacturing, achieving the recycling of metal resources.
III. Solution
When the customer approached us, they had already formulated clear requirements. After understanding the customer's production volume, intended purpose for the shredded material, and material characteristics, we recommended the MSB-E300 bottle cap shredder. This compact shredder offers high processing capability, thus meeting the customer's processing needs. Upon confirming the model, we conducted an on-site trial run and provided the customer with a detailed test report. After reviewing the trial video and analyzing the data report, the customer was satisfied with the shredder's performance, as well as its casing structure, quality, and appearance—aligning with their expectations. Consequently, they quickly signed a purchase contract with us, establishing a positive cooperative relationship.
