| ENERPAT Single Shaft Shredder The ENERPAT MSA-F Series single shaft shredder, also known as a one shaft shredder, single shaft grinder, or single rotor shredder, is a widely used shear-type crushing equipment. It is equipped with a PLC automatic control system, a large-capacity hopper, and a horizontal push system, which meets various crushing requirements and achieves high output. The entire machine has been certified by the EU CE, making it suitable for shredding resilient or medium-hard materials that are bundled into packs. |
Operating Principle
Material Feeding
The feeding box pushes the material toward the knife shaft under the drive of the hydraulic cylinder.
Material Crushing
The material is crushed through the mutual shearing between the moving knives and the fixed knives.
Screen Hole Size Determination
The crushed material is discharged through the screen, and the particle size of the output is determined by the screen holes.
