ENERPAT Granulator The Enerpat GM Series granulator is a high-performance device known for its high torque, low energy consumption, and low noise characteristics, specifically designed for material recycling and processing. This machine is suitable for handling low-hardness, brittle, and ductile materials, including but not limited to plastic products such as PP, PE, PET, PVC, rubber products, and other non-metallic waste materials. By replacing screens of different sizes, users can flexibly adjust the particle size of the final crushed products to meet diverse requirements. |
Operating Principle
Material Conveying
Materials are transported to the grinding chamber of the grinder.
Material Crushing
Materials are crushed through the shearing action between the internally rotating high-speed knife rollers and the stationary blades.
Receiving Hopper Discharge
Once the crushed materials are smaller than the diameter of the screen holes, they fall into the receiving hopper.

Material Testing
The ENERPAT granulator performs reliably under high-load conditions. The sides of the box are equipped with standard wear-resistant plates, and additional wear-resistant components can be installed in other key areas of the housing. Wear-resistant layers can also be welded around the knife rollers and stationary blades, ensuring that this series is better suited for crushing materials that can cause equipment wear, such as shattered fiberglass and sand-containing films.
