  • Scrap Radiator Shredder
    Enerpat Scrap Radiator Shredder is specifically designed for recycling. Flexible configurations meet diverse requirements:
    Two Shaft Shredder: Performs preliminary crushing, producing long strips of scrap.
    Four Shaft Shredder: Equipped with a screen to ensure uniform discharge and consistent crushing results.
    Hammer Mill Shredder: High power and large capacity, effectively separating metals (such as copper and aluminum).
    Typical Process: Pre-crushing (two-shaft/four-shaft) → Hammer crushing, optimizing the separation of metals from non-metals.
  • Electrical Motors Shredder
    ENERPAT electric motor shredder is a machine designed for effectively recycling waste electric motors. Its flexible configurations can meet various recycling needs.
    Twin Shaft Shredder: Performs initial crushing, producing long strips of waste.
    Quad Shaft Shredder: Equipped with a screen to ensure uniform discharge and consistent crushing.
    Scrap Metal Hammer Mill: High power and large capacity, effectively separates metals such as copper and steel.

  • Electric Circuit Board Shredder
    ENERPAT circuit board shredder is essential for recycling printed circuit boards (PCBs) with flexible configurations to meet various needs.
    Double Shaft/Four Shaft Shredder: Cuts circuit boards into approximately 60mm particles.
    One Shaft Shredder: Refines particles to about 40mm.
    Granulator: Further crushes particles to approximately 20mm, facilitating separation and recovery.
    It achieves recycling rates of up to 99% pure copper, 98% iron, and 95% plastics, making it both efficient and environmentally friendly.
