| ENERPAT Hammer Mill Shredder The ENERPAT MSA-H Series hammer mill shredder, also known as a scrap metal hammer mill, is specifically designed for the recycling of scrap metal. It features a high-speed, high-torque motor that drives durable hammer heads to continuously strike the metal entering the crushing chamber, tearing and compressing it into spherical shapes while separating impurities. It is suitable for processing materials such as electric vehicle shells, discarded small appliances, aluminum scrap, and light-weight waste steel. |
Operating Principle
Material Conveying
Materials are transported to the crushing chamber of the hammer mill shredder.
Material Crushing
The hammer heads repeatedly impact the materials using high kinetic energy and large inertial force.
Screen Discharge
The materials are crushed into spherical shapes, and the materials that meet the size requirements are discharged through the screen.

Material Testing
