The customer, seeking a solution to manage cardboard box waste generated at their facility, initially contacted ENERPAT in January after discovering our products online.  Their primary need was to shred cardboard boxes (127mm x 177mm) down to approximately 25mm pieces, processing around 220kg every two hours. Crucially, they needed to obliterate logos on the cardboard to safeguard their brand and reduce storage space.  Currently, the boxes were simply bagged, creating a bulky and potentially insecure disposal method.
