ENERPAT® E-Waste Recycling Line features a modular design and includes: feeding, crushing, magnetic separation, and sorting systems. After processing discarded small appliances with the crusher, they are evenly transported to the magnetic separator via a vibrating feeder to separate iron metals. The residual materials then enter the eddy current separator to separate non-ferrous metals and plastics. Finally, the non-ferrous metals are separated into copper and aluminum using an air flow separator.
Solution Background
The recycling of electronic waste is complex and requires advanced processes. Improper handling at low costs is common and leads to severe environmental pollution. However, the ENERPAT E-Waste Recycling Line, with its low cost, simple operation, pollution prevention, and scalability, has become the preferred solution.

Core Equipment
Hammer Mill Shredder
Strikes and breaks up metal, turning it into spherical shapes while separating impurities, offering high efficiency and low energy consumption.
Vibrating feeder
The vibrating motor disperses materials and delivers them evenly to the magnetic separator. It features a simple structure, stable operation, long lifespan, and low energy consumption.
Drum magnetic separator
Magnetically attracts iron metals, expelling impurities, while iron materials are discharged as the drum rotates out of the magnetic field.
Eddy current separator
Utilizes changing magnetic fields to separate conductors from non-conductors, with eccentric magnetic pole technology ensuring high separation rates and processing capacity.
Air flow separator
Utilizes air deflection on the screening surface for efficient separation of copper and aluminum materials.
Dust collector
Features an automatic pulse filter cartridge for strong dust cleaning, high-efficiency dust removal, centralized dust collection, and improvement of the working environment.
