ENERPAT® Refrigerator Recycling Line employs a modular design. Manual preliminary dismantling is carried out to collect harmful gases and remove the compressor. Subsequently, high-purity iron (greater than 98%) is obtained through crushing and magnetic separation. The remaining materials are separated by eddy current separation to isolate non-ferrous metals and plastics. Copper and aluminum (greater than 95%) are efficiently separated through air classification, while plastics are categorized by material using an electrostatic separator. The entire line has a foam plastic and dust collection system, ensuring material purity of over 97%.
